We are seeking a qualified structural engineer to assess an exposed interior wall in our property (we have removed the dry wall, cut around wall on both the ceiling and the floor). The goal is to evaluate the feasibility of removing 1, 2, or all 3 load-bearing posts. The ideal candidate will provide expert recommendations on the necessary steps and considerations for safe removal, including any reinforcements required. Your expertise will help us ensure structural integrity while achieving our design goals - and balancing cost considerations. We would like to start with an in-person, on-site evaluation initially.
