WooCommerce Product Upload & Store Design Enhancement

My company has a new webstore that sells ID badge printers and the supplies/accessories/software related to those systems. We are new to the Ecommerce game and looking to add a few more brands to our store to increase our searchability(printers, ribbons, laminates, etc.). I would also like to improve the look and feel of the webstore. It has a very basic, tacky feel to it. Open to suggestions on that front. Our competitors also don't have the best looking storefronts either so we see an opportunity there. www.expressbadging.com is our site(www.idwholesaler.com is our largest online competitor). Another feature I am interested in is where adding to cart will show a different price. We have to honor MAPP pricing with alot of our vendors but they only care that the MAPP price shows on the webpage. They don't care what the price says once it is in the shopping cart, some of our competitors have a "Add to cart to see your price" thing. When someone purchases a printer we need to be able to show our technical support options as well, what they get if they just purchase the printer and what they get if they purchase our annual support contract as well. I would also like to separate ourselves from our competition by offering 1 freebie item with each purchase, most likely a printer cleaning kit (something that no one ever buys but is vital to keeping the printer working well) as they are super cheap. I would like to continue expanding the offering of our storefront too. So after this project I would like to go into adding other types of products. I bring that up to say if this first task goes well, there would be more work to follow!
