Description: Blackstone Building Company, a premier luxury residential and commercial construction firm based in Metro Detroit, is seeking a graphic designer and copywriter (or two specialists) to create a high-quality bi-fold brochure for distribution during our upcoming open house on May 17th. The brochure will highlight our services, showcase our projects, and introduce potential clients to our team. It should be polished, professional, and in line with our high-end brand. Scope of Work: - Design a bi-fold brochure (final size approx. 8.5”x5.5” or similar) - Write compelling copy that covers the following: - What We Offer: New builds, remodeling, design, commercial construction, excavation, etc. - What Makes Us Different: Focus on high-end, super custom projects - Highlight our commitment to quality, detail, and craftsmanship - What People Are Saying: Showcase our 5-star reviews from Google (will provide these) - Remodeling Before and After: Include renderings, floor plans, and examples of remodeled projects (will provide these) - About Us: Introduce our team (photos of the team will be provided) - Share our company’s backstory and values - Deliver print-ready and digital-ready files (PDF + source files) We’re Open To: -Hiring one freelancer with both graphic design and copywriting skills - OR hiring two separate freelancers (copywriter and designer) feel free to apply for one role only if that’s your specialty Ideal Candidates: -Experience in construction, real estate, or luxury branding -Strong portfolio of similar brochure or marketing collateral - Clean, modern design aesthetic that aligns with high-end brands -Ability to collaborate and deliver on time Timeline: We need the final print-ready brochure delivered by May 10th, so we can have it printed and ready for our open house on May 17th.
