Job Description: We're looking for a talented and reliable video editor to join our creative team and help us produce high-quality video content for our real estate brand. We create engaging long-form YouTube home tours, educational content for buyers and sellers. You’ll work directly with our in-house videographer and marketing team to edit footage into polished, high-converting content that fits our brand style. Speed and attention to detail are key, and a passion for real estate content is a plus. Responsibilities: Edit long-form YouTube videos (home tours, agent content, lifestyle) Add captions, transitions, sound effects, and b-roll where appropriate Maintain a consistent brand style and storytelling approach Turn around edits quickly (ideally within 48–72 hours) Collaborate on creative direction and continuously improve content quality Requirements: Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or similar editing software Experience editing real estate videos (home tours, listing videos, etc.) strongly preferred Understanding of storytelling, pacing, and social media formats Ability to work quickly without sacrificing quality Willingness to adapt to our brand style and take feedback constructively Bonus: Experience with color grading and motion graphics (not required, but nice to have) What We Offer: Consistent, ongoing work Clear direction and quick feedback Potential for long-term collaboration Opportunity to work with a fast-growing brand in the real estate and media space
