Virtual Assistant Needed for Credit Quack and Muniz and Partners (Full-Time, Long-Term) We are two fast-growing financial service companies — Credit Quack (AI-powered credit repair) and Muniz and Partners (business funding and capital strategy). We help clients clean up their credit, secure funding, and grow their financial profiles. We are looking for a reliable and proactive virtual assistant to join our team long-term. Position Overview: This is a full-time virtual assistant role where you will help manage social media, engage with clients, book appointments, and assist our internal team using our CRM system (Close). You will play a key role in helping us build trust with our audience, maintain client communication, and keep our daily operations running smoothly. Working Hours: 10 AM to 5 PM Eastern Standard Time (7 hours per day) 7 days a week (we are flexible if you need one day off) Responsibilities: Post daily content on Instagram and other social platforms Engage with followers through comments and DMs Help schedule client appointments (you will earn up to $100 commission per converted client) Use our CRM (Close) to message clients, log interactions, and update progress Respond to client questions through Slack, social media, and email Create light content using AI tools like ChatGPT, Canva, or CapCut Coordinate with our credit and funding teams to support client onboarding Stay in daily communication with our team Preferred (Not Required): Experience in credit repair or business funding Familiarity with Close CRM, CapCut, Canva, Slack, or JotForm Fluent English communication (written and spoken) Previous Upwork experience with good reviews Compensation: Starting pay is $3 per hour Commission of up to $100 per client you help bring in Long-term position with pay increases based on performance and reliability All training is provided — we will show you how we dispute items directly through the CFPB The right person is consistent, dependable, and eager to grow with us.
