Description: We’re looking for a smart, strategic, and detail-oriented professional to assist in researching and developing competitive marketing packages for our growing digital marketing agency. The ideal candidate will have a sharp eye for industry trends, pricing benchmarks, and strategic positioning—and can turn that insight into compelling service packages that drive conversions. Responsibilities: Research competitor marketing agencies and analyze service offerings, pricing, and positioning Identify key trends, differentiators, and gaps in the market Strategically develop tiered marketing packages (SEO, PPC, web design, social media, email marketing) that are in alignment with our current packages but better thought out Write clear and persuasive descriptions of service tiers that are client-friendly and value-driven Ensure final packages are competitively priced and well-aligned with agency goals Collaborate with leadership to revise and refine offerings based on performance and feedback Requirements: Strong understanding of digital marketing services (SEO, Google Ads, email marketing, web design, etc.) Excellent research, writing, and strategic planning skills Familiarity with competitive analysis and pricing structures in the marketing industry Ability to translate technical offerings into digestible client-facing language What We’re Looking For: Strategic thinker who understands both the business and creative sides of marketing Self-starter who thrives with minimal oversight Someone passionate about helping businesses grow through smart, well-packaged marketing solutions Thank you!
