Job Title: Social Media Manager Assistant Position Type: Contract Location: Hybrid Job Summary: Hello! My name is Bridgette Giakas, founder of BIG Social Media. I am currently seeking a dedicated and hard-working assistant to help me perform my day-to-day tasks as Social Media Manager. This full-time role is very hands-on and will involve working closely with me both remotely as well as in-person, so the ability to commute to Conshohocken PA at least 3 times a week is a must. Currently there are a total of 17 clients within my portfolio, the majority of which are hotels located all throughout the United States, so the ability to travel from time to time is important. The ideal candidate for this position: - Does not have any other professional obligations. - Some type of digital marketing experience - either academically or professionally - and who has some insight into the world of social media marketing, specifically with Instagram and Facebook. - Flexible hours and availability to adjust and allocate their time as needed. - Can perform different roles and tasks on an as needed basis - Understands video content creation, including creating and editing Reels. - Can perform market and audience research for social media Ads. - Has a HIGH ability to keep digital assets organized. Responsibilities: This role will involve learning how to do many of the tasks that I already perform on a daily, weekly, monthly basis. Ads & Reporting Analyst - Create Campaigns and Ad Sets in Meta Ads Manager for Clients - Monitor and make educated adjustments to active ads - Customize target audiences - Generate monthly reports on performance - Create URL tracking links - Keep clients with paid budget and their info well organized - Reach Reporting Asset Management - Keep client asset media organized in Drop Box - Find, reach out and pull media for User Generated Content - Organize Hashtag holidays and #s for posts organized and up to date - Graphic design creation for fliers, stories, and ad media - Edit photos and trim videos into useable snippets for reels - Monthly content overview reporting Engagement - Building out lists of accounts to engage with on a regular basis - Sharing stories daily - Following, liking and commenting on content of relevant accounts - Engagement Reporting Content - Creating GBTs for each client for caption generation - Creating reels, video ads - Scheduling out posts Strategy - Defining the overall goals and activities involved in reaching them - Strategy summary reporting - Role Requirements - Ability to meet in person a minimum of twice per week - Flexible schedule to join for on-site photo and videos shoots - Experience in creating and editing video content for reels - Graphic Design in Canva - Ability to manage time constructively - Prompt and flexible communication - Organization and research skills Tools You’ll Need to Learn How to Use: Monday.com Canva Meta Business Suites (Insights) Facebook & Instagram Google Sheets Keyword Search Dropbox
