Description: We're looking for a highly organized, proactive, and tech-savvy Virtual Assistant to support a busy entrepreneur. This is for someone who is looking for about 15-25 hours to start and could possibly grow into a role that would require more hours. Someone who can work independently, manage day-to-day operations, keep everything running smoothly behind the scenes and is very responsive. Your Role Will Include: Managing and organizing emails (flagging priority messages, replying to routine inquiries, etc.) Scheduling appointments, meetings, and follow-ups Keeping calendars up to date and preventing double-booking Sending reminders and nudges to keep tasks on track Following up with clients and contacts as needed Handling a variety of admin and personal tasks that may come up during the week Communicating efficiently with our internal team and external contacts Daily (phone or video) check ins to provide run down of prioritized task lists for the day and to check in on previously assigned tasks Weekly team meetings Creating systems to keep your executive organized (if you’re good at this, we want you!) Ideal Candidate: Reliable, detail-oriented, and very responsive Great communication skills (written + verbal) Strong time management and problem-solving skills Comfortable handling confidential information Required: past experience with Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar, Drive, etc.) in a professional environment ClickUp and with GoHighLevel experience (preferred but not required) Bonus if you have experience supporting busy professionals, founders or solopreneurs Must be available to work U.S. business hours To Apply: Please send a short cover letter sharing your experience as a VA, your availability, and your favorite way to stay organized.
