We’re BreezeWorks — a licensed, local, and honest mini split installation company based in Chatham County, NC. We specialize in energy-efficient MRCOOL systems and are growing fast. We’re looking for a freelance marketing partner to run our marketing from now through August 31st, focused on one goal: get us more installs. What You’ll Be Doing: • Manage our Facebook + Instagram posting and boosting • Design graphics in Canva using our brand kit (font, colors, logo provided) • Write and schedule 3–4 organic posts per week • Launch 1–2 boosted ad campaigns per month (we’ll cover the ad spend) • Share weekly performance reports (leads, clicks, comments) • Use testimonials, install photos, and promo offers to drive action • Optional: help manage comments/messages and pre-qualify leads What You Should Have: • Experience marketing for local home service businesses • Solid Canva skills + ability to follow a brand kit • Familiarity with Facebook Ads Manager and basic lead funnels • Strong communication and reliability (we’re fast-moving) • Bonus if you’ve worked in HVAC or trades before Project Details: • Timeline: Now through August 31 (4-month engagement) • Budget: $500/month fixed, paid in 4 milestone payouts • Bonus: Additional $100–$250 per month if performance benchmarks are hit (8+ booked installs or 20+ qualified leads/month) What Success Looks Like: • At least 3–5 booked consultations per week • Strong lead flow via Facebook/Instagram • Clear communication and weekly reporting To Apply, Please Include: 2–3 examples of marketing work for local businesses • Any Facebook/Instagram campaigns you’ve run • A short message about how you’d approach this project We’re ready to move fast — this is a great opportunity to own the marketing for a growing HVAC company with a strong local reputation.
