Wordpress Expert Needed for Ad-Hoc Website Updates and Job Postings

I recently took over managing 4 webpages for a recruitment company and I'm looking to make the websites look more updated and less Microsoft 2005. As it is a recruitment company, we are consistently posting jobs and I would love to revamp the look of our job board as well. Currently we are using the WP Job extension. This position will include coding as needed and a thorough knowledge of Wordpress. Graphic design experience a plus.
