E-commerce website backend

Hi there, I'm currently working on a WordPress site for a client who needs to add an e-commerce backend using WooCommerce. They ship shipping containers from multiple locations, and pricing varies depending on the customer’s ZIP code (e.g., pricing in New York differs from pricing in another city). We want to replicate a pricing experience similar to other container companies, where users are prompted to enter their ZIP code first, and product availability and pricing are dynamically updated based on that input. However, it's also important that the backend remains user-friendly—my client needs to be able to update product prices for each location/region without needing technical expertise. Would you be able to provide me with a quote on this and what your timeframe is. Thank you in advance
