Client Success & Delivery Manager (Part-Time Contract, Potential Full-Time) Location: Remote (Preference for candidates based in the Kansas City Metro Area / Overland Park, KS) Employment Type: Part-Time Contractor (with potential to transition to Full-Time Employment) About Our Company Our company specialize in delivering cutting-edge technology and data science consulting solutions. As our business grows, we’re seeking a talented Client Success & Delivery Manager to help ensure client success, project excellence, and the development of long-term partnerships. Position Summary The Client Success & Delivery Manager will serve as the primary liaison between our company and its clients after deal closure. You will oversee project delivery, manage client relationships, respond to inquiries, and identify opportunities for account growth. This role will start as a part-time contract position, with the opportunity to transition to a full-time role and eventually work from our Kansas City Metro office. Occasional travel may be required based on client or project needs. Key Responsibilities Client Relationship & Success Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients post-sale. Develop a deep understanding of each client’s business objectives and technical needs. Address client questions and requests promptly and professionally. Project Delivery Management Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of client projects. Coordinate between clients and internal/external project teams. Track project timelines, deliverables, and outcomes. Proactively address potential challenges or delays. Account Growth & Opportunity Development Monitor project success metrics and client satisfaction. Identify new business opportunities within client accounts. Facilitate follow-on projects, upsells, or expansions when appropriate. Reporting & Communication Provide regular updates to clients and internal leadership. Document key client insights and project learnings. Qualifications 3+ years in client success, customer success, project management, or account management (experience in technology or data science consulting is a strong plus). Excellent communication and relationship management skills. Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities. Experience managing multiple projects and cross-functional teams. PMP or other project management certifications are a plus but not required. Comfortable working independently in a remote environment. Preference for candidates located in the Kansas City Metro Area (Overland Park, KS preferred). Willingness to transition to office-based work within one year.
