Paralegal or Attorney – IP, Software & Hardware Agreement Review for Consumer Electronics Project

We are looking for an attorney or paralegal with experience in intellectual property (IP), software, hardware, and manufacturing agreements to review a royalty-based publishing contract between a developer and me (the publisher) for a new consumer electronics product. The product is a compact, keychain-sized device that plays the songs of 1,000 North American birds. It includes a screen and a graphical interface for browsing and playing tracks. The developer is responsible for the product’s industrial design, prototyping, firmware, manufacturing, and assembly. I am providing the audio content (bird calls), financing, and handling distribution. We’ve drafted a four-page agreement outlining our respective roles, royalties, and other terms, but it hasn't been reviewed by a legal professional yet. I’m also interested in establishing a long-term working relationship, as we anticipate future products in our portfolio.
