We are seeking a high-energy, self-motivated Sales/Business Development Representative (SDR/BDR) to join our fast-growing team focused on revolutionizing how businesses adopt and benefit from generative AI. In this role, you will be at the front lines of our go-to-market efforts—proactively identifying and engaging prospective customers, educating them on the business value of our generative AI tools, and driving qualified opportunities for our sales and solutions teams. Our platform includes a suite of deployable generative AI tools designed to: • Reduce operational costs • Increase revenue or qualified leads • Enhance the AI posture of customer-facing or internal products This is an exciting opportunity to help companies accelerate their AI transformation journeys and position yourself at the forefront of a category-defining space. Key Responsibilities: • Conduct outbound prospecting through email, social, phone, and events to build a strong top-of-funnel pipeline • Identify decision-makers and key influencers across multiple industries and company sizes • Clearly articulate the value of our generative AI tools in solving business problems related to cost, revenue, and product competitiveness • Evangelize the use of generative AI through thought leadership, case studies, and customer success stories • Qualify and schedule meetings for the sales and solutions teams by understanding prospect needs and pain points • Maintain accurate CRM records and contribute to regular reporting on outreach effectiveness • Collaborate closely with marketing to tailor messaging and with product/solution teams to align prospect needs with AI capabilities Qualifications: • 1–3 years of experience in a sales, business development, or outbound lead generation role—preferably in B2B SaaS or AI/tech startups • Passion for emerging technologies, particularly AI, machine learning, and automation • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment • Demonstrated ability to learn technical concepts quickly and translate them into business value • Experience with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce), outbound sequencing tools, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator is a plus Why Join Us: • Be part of a mission-driven company shaping the future of AI adoption • Work with cutting-edge generative AI tools and a team of innovators • Growth opportunities in a scaling startup • Competitive compensation and performance-based incentives
