Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA or MBA preferred). Proven experience as a CFO or senior financial leader, particularly in startups or high-growth environments. Expertise in cash flow forecasting, budgeting, and financial modeling. Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting. Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with a strategic mindset. Proficiency in financial software and tools. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and lead cross-functional teams.
