We’re Niruu a fast-growing rent reporting agency helping renters build credit through their monthly rent payments. We partner with property owners to report rent to all 3 major credit bureaus. We’re now looking to bring on a relationship-focused lead generation and outreach specialist to help us scale quickly by connecting with off-campus housing providers near major U.S. colleges. Your Responsibilities:     •    Research and identify 50+ off-campus housing properties near large college campuses     •    Reach out directly to property managers, leasing agents, and landlords     •    Introduce them to Niruu using a provided outreach template (with minor personalization)     •    Build initial trust and interest your goal is to generate warm leads and initiate sales conversations     •    Track all contacts, responses, and progress in a shared Google Sheet     •    Bonus if you book calls or secure commitments to join the Niruu platform What We’re Looking For:     •    Strong communicator with experience in cold outreach or sales     •    Background in real estate, student housing, or working with colleges is a big plus     •    Self-driven and reliable you’ll be representing our brand in the early stages of relationship-building     •    Must be organized and responsive via Upwork chat or email Fixed Price: $150–$200 This is for an initial test project over 5–7 days. If you succeed in building traction, we’re ready to offer a long-term or recurring role with performance bonuses.
