We’re looking for a freelance email copywriter who’s not just a great writer—but someone who thinks visually. If you naturally imagine how copy could be supported by infographics, charts, or imagery, and love collaborating with designers to bring ideas to life, this role is for you. You’ll be writing weekly emails on two key topics: - Finance (e.g., passive income, investing, saving strategies) - Travel Hacks/Tips (e.g., points & miles hacks, budget travel tips) You don’t need deep expertise in these areas. What we do need is your ability to take expert-provided bullet points and transform them into engaging, easy-to-read emails—with strong ideas for supporting visuals to boost clarity and reader engagement. This is a part-time, ongoing opportunity, with 1–2 emails per week and potential for growth. Responsibilities: - Write 1–2 educational emails per week based on provided outlines - Translate bullet points into conversational, engaging email copy - Proactively suggest visuals (infographics, charts, illustrations, etc.) that help communicate complex ideas - Collaborate with our design team—you won’t need to create visuals, but you’ll provide clear direction and concepts - Ensure copy and visuals work together to enhance clarity and impact - Use our tools (Slack, Google Docs, Monday.com) to collaborate and manage workflow - Be open to revisions and optimize based on engagement data - (Optional) Support idea generation for upcoming email topics or seasonal themes Requirements: - 3+ years of copywriting experience, ideally with email content - Proven ability to explain complex topics clearly and concisely - A visual mindset—comfortable outlining infographic or layout ideas - Strong grammar and editing skills with a conversational tone - Collaborative and responsive, with U.S. business hour availability - Experience using Slack, Google Docs, and Monday.com (or similar tools) What We Provide: - Weekly email outlines and guidance from subject matter experts - Full design support—you provide the concept, our team makes it visual - Defined brand tone, templates, and performance feedback - A collaborative, fast-paced team environment This part-time role offers flexibility and long-term potential for the right candidate.
