Individual needed to design and built out a recruitment microsite for a healthcare company. The number of pages must be variable-- one should easily be able to be created by our internal team per job add once the site is complete. Each page should be highly visual. Managed Wordpress access to be provided to the designer selected. Please note-- submissions do NOT need to be captured by the site, the bottom of each job ad will include a link that sends the individual to where they can apply. Key goals expected to be achieved with this website: 1. Increased applications for all company positions 2. Improved recruitment branding with the addition of imagery & location info. 3. Better understanding of company values/mission/etc. by applicants The right person for this job will: * Have experience with this type of web design * Be prepared to provide instructions for updating the site upon completion * Understand what needs to be done to improve traffic to the website. * Be immediately available to begin working with us.
