The candidate in this role should desire to work within the Baking and or Food industry although this is a virtual customer facing role. The candidate should display on resume, high attention to detail, at least 1+ year of Customer Service experience, and administration experience with online orders, inventory control, and communicating effectively with the Online Store Manager. This is a contract to hire role with potential for permanent with positive performance, attitude, and willingness to grow, by contractor. Other requirements, not limited to: • Scheduling online orders • Calling and confirming online orders with customer • Collecting and adding customer data to our database system (Access or Excel) • Brand Ambassador for Bake & Surf Kup Kakes, LLC by displaying a positive and healthy attitude with a willingness to go above and beyond to meet customer needs. • Excellent work history with references • Clear Credit History and Background • Organized and coordinated • Needs Access, Outlook, Database and Excel Experience at least 1 year preferred 2. • Interest in catering and baking industry High School Diploma, Current College Student/Diploma Preferred. Have computer with reliable internet service with mobile phone. Must live in Alpharetta, Marietta, Smyrna, Vinings, or Kennesaw GA or within 15 miles of cities listed.
