Remote CPA/Bookkeeper Relationship

I am a Financial Advisor looking to offer tax prep for my clients. I will be involved with coordination of the work but do not want to do any tax work. I am looking for someone that can work independently for a fair price, as I will probably be paying for it for my clients. If major consulting is needed then the client can pay as needed for your services. Would love someone that is really good with people and of course flawless in their tax prep. Possible bookkeeping as well for any business clients.
