We're a team of academic researchers collaborating with tech firms in the IT industry. We're seeking HR professionals experienced in evaluating and hiring candidates for technical roles in IT. By technical roles, we mean early-career positions involving writing, reviewing, or debugging code, typically requiring degrees in computer science or related fields. Ideal candidates for this opportunity: 1) Currently work as a full-time or part-time HR professional in the IT industry within the United States. 2) Have experience screening resumes of candidates applying for technical positions. 3) Have participated in hiring processes for technical positions. Brief job description: 1) You will be asked to evaluate several job candidates' resumes. 2) You will be asked to provide your insights about hiring practices in the IT industry. 3) It will take approximately 15 minutes to complete the entire job.
