About the Role I’m a personal trainer and fitness business owner in Royal Oak, MI, looking for a highly organized, creative, and reliable Creative & Personal Assistant to support both my brand and day-to-day operations. This local, part-time role (10–20 hours/week) is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-moving environment, enjoys variety, and wants to play a key role in helping a growing business run smoothly. You’ll assist with everything from marketing tasks to scheduling meetings — both professional and personal — so I can focus on growth. What You’ll Be Doing - Design & Branding – Create clean, professional graphics in Canva to support marketing and brand materials - Marketing Support – Assist with planning and executing offers, campaigns, and community outreach - Scheduling & Calendar Management – Coordinate meetings, appointments, and events (both business and personal) - Email & Admin Support – Stay on top of inbox management, tasks, and logistics - Local Research & Coordination – Help source vendors, locations, and assist with occasional in-person tasks or errands - Light Copywriting – Draft short emails, captions, and copy for materials as needed - Personal Assistance – Help with anything that makes life and business run smoother — no task too small if it saves time or creates efficiency What We’re Looking For - Based in or near Royal Oak, MI – Local knowledge and occasional in-person availability is key - Detail-oriented, efficient, and resourceful - Self-directed and able to work independently with minimal oversight - Comfortable in Canva, Google Workspace, and general admin tools - Professional and aligned with a clean, modern fitness and wellness brand - Bonus: Experience in design, marketing, admin support, or fitness/wellness industry Why You’ll Love This Role - Flexible hours – 10–20 hours/week with a schedule that adapts to both of us - Variety – Every week looks a little different; you won’t be stuck doing the same thing - Trusted role – You’ll be a key support person behind the business and brand - Growth opportunity – As the brand grows, so can your role and impact - Independent but collaborative – Most of the work is remote, but you’ll be plugged in and valued Compensation - $20–30/hour depending on experience - Paid weekly - Bonus potential over time based on performance
