GTM/Launch Strategy for Visual Arts Styling Brand

About the Brand Modern Oasis Design™ is a Visual Styling Studio for Healing Environments. We create photorealistic wall art, calming lifestyle products, and personalized visual styling experiences that help people feel more at home—in their spaces and in themselves. Our offerings include the Calm As You Are™ product line and our bespoke Custom Calm™ service. We are a mission-driven, emotionally intelligent brand rooted in beauty, stillness, and the science of neuroaesthetics. We’re not looking for aggressive scaling—we’re here to grow with meaning and resonance. Project Overview We’re seeking a go-to-market strategist to help us design and map a clear, gentle launch plan for our evolving brand. The right partner will help shape our 60–90 day launch approach, ensuring it honors our tone, audience, and founder-led pace. You’ll work directly with the founder to define channel priorities, marketing rhythms, and storytelling themes that feel aligned—not overwhelming. This is not a growth-hacker role. It’s for someone who values intentionality, understands the nuances of brand storytelling, and knows how to build a plan that supports emotional connection, not just conversion. Key Responsibilities    •   Develop a 60–90 day go-to-market plan for launching Custom Calm™ and Calm As You Are™    •   Define marketing channels and cadence (e.g., Pinterest, email, landing pages, optional social)    •   Help shape a pre-launch warm-up plan to build awareness and gentle anticipation    •   Outline content themes and soft launch milestones    •   Recommend tools, rhythms, and support roles needed post-strategy    •   Provide foundational language for audience segments, offers, and early outreach    •   Suggest possible collaboration or partnership opportunities within the wellness and design space Ideal Experience    •   5+ years in brand, product, or marketing strategy    •   Experience launching lifestyle, wellness, or design-forward brands    •   Strong understanding of calm commerce, storytelling, and emotional positioning    •   Familiarity with Pinterest, Shopify, ConvertKit, or other audience-building platforms    •   Bonus: Experience with trauma-aware or sensory-friendly branding Timeline & Commitment    •   Project-based: deliver full strategy within 4–6 weeks    •   Includes collaborative calls and 2 revision rounds    •   Potential for future partnership depending on fit To Apply Please share:    •   A brief intro and why your approach fits a calm, design-led brand    •   Relevant past work or strategy samples (PDFs, decks, or case studies)    •   Your rate and availability
