I run a boutique post-op recovery service for high-end plastic surgery patients in Los Angeles. I'm looking for a freelance sales rep or appointment setter to help me book qualified meetings with plastic surgeons or patient care coordinators in Beverly Hills, Santa Monica,Burbank, Encino, Pasadena and surrounding areas. This is not an hourly or full-time role — I'm paying per booked result. _________________________________________________ What I Need Help With: • Researching and identifying top plastic surgery clinics • Reaching out to offices by phone, email, or Instagram DM • Speaking with front desk staff, coordinators, or surgeons to introduce my service • Sending brochures and following up as needed • Booking a confirmed call or in-person meeting with me and the decision-maker _________________________________________________ Payment Structure: • $100 per booked and confirmed meeting • $200 bonus if that lead converts into a paying client • Paid as milestones per booked meeting _________________________________________________ Ideal Experience: • Experience in sales, medical aesthetics, plastic surgery, or concierge wellness • Comfortable cold calling, DMing, and following up • Strong communication and organization skills • Experience with HubSpot or CRMs is a bonus, but not required _________________________________________________ What This Is Not: • This is not an hourly role • This is not a full-time employee position • You do not need to be in Los Angeles, but must be comfortable contacting LA-based clinics _________________________________________________ This is a great fit if you're confident on the phone, organized, and love closing deals.
