We are looking for a dedicated Manager, Client Services to join our Client Service team on a contract-to-hire basis. This role reports to a Director of Client Services and is responsible for being a trusted partner to our clients to support them in achieving exceptional coaching outcomes. You will work directly with the Director and other members of our team to maintain a superior client experience, report on coaching insights and impact, assist with invoicing, contract tracking and business reviews and cultivate client relationships. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years experience in client services, account management or similar roles, possess excellent project management abilities to coordinate multiple programs and deadlines, demonstrate strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative approach, and a desire to learn and grow your skills. We would like to see a Bachelors Degree or equivalent and high comfort with technology - especially Microsoft Teams platform and Salesforce. Bonus if you have or are working toward a Masters Degree and / or a coaching certification (not necessary). Please note this is a fully remote organization and while there is flexibility in the hours, there is also an expectation that most work will occur within normal working hours and you will be available for client meetings as needed.
