I am requesting a site-specific structural evaluation for several existing T-Shade structures that I plan to relocate to a new site. The shades were previously installed at a different location and were fully engineered at the time of original construction. I have access to the original stamped structural drawings, calculations, and material specifications. Conduct a site-specific evaluation to verify the design meets applicable local building code requirements (e.g., wind, seismic, snow loads, and soil conditions). Evaluate if any modifications are necessary to foundations, anchorage, or structural members for compliance at the new site. Provide a stamped letter or revised plans confirming the structure's suitability for use at the new site, or identify what engineering modifications are required. If necessary, perform or coordinate geotechnical review for foundation design (we can assist with soil reports or testing coordination as needed).
