What you’ll do… Handle 80-100 inbound calls per day Send needed email and text communications Utilize case management systems to enter new client leads Complete new client intakes Schedule consultations Collect payments along with other services Send retainer agreements to qualified new clients, and provide any needed assistance with the signing process Work closely with management to ensure high-quality output How you'll qualify… Availability: 4pm - 12am EST Friday - Tuesday Training for two weeks from 9 am to 5:30 pm EST Monday - Friday Available to work a full-time schedule between 40 hours/week based on business needs. Experience: 6 months of telecustomer service experience Typing Speed: Ability to type 50 words per minute Technical Ability: Proficient in the following Navigate internet browsers and manage multiple tabs or apps Operate specialized tools such as phone systems, email platforms, and data entry systems Switch quickly between communication platforms (calls, email, chat, etc) Use headsets, VoIP systems, or CRM tools without difficulty Basic troubleshooting and understanding of computer systems Workspace Requirements: A quiet reliable work space free from distractions and background noise Minimum internet speeds of 25.0 Mbps upload and 125 Mbps download Computer with 8 gigs or more memory (no chrome books, thinkpads, ipads or cell phones) Headset This is an exciting opportunity to join Lawyer.com, the US leading online matching directory.
