Project Overview The Freelance Project Manager will oversee and coordinate marketing projects for multiple clients of [Agency Name], a marketing agency specializing in comprehensive marketing solutions. Objectives Manage end-to-end project lifecycles for multiple client accounts simultaneously. Coordinate internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of marketing campaigns. Maintain client satisfaction through effective communication and delivery of high-quality results. Optimize project workflows to improve efficiency and meet deadlines. Scope of Work The Freelance Project Manager will be responsible for the following tasks: 1. Project Planning and Strategy Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation, for each client campaign. Collaborate with clients to understand their marketing goals, target audience, and brand guidelines. Create project briefs that outline deliverables, such as ad copy, social media content, email campaigns, or creative assets. Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success. 2. Team Coordination and Management Act as the primary point of contact between clients, creative teams (copywriters, designers, etc.), and media teams (ad specialists, SEO experts, etc.). Assign tasks to team members based on project requirements and individual expertise. Monitor team progress, provide guidance, and resolve any bottlenecks to keep projects on track. Conduct regular check-ins with team members to ensure alignment with project goals. 3. Client Communication Maintain regular communication with clients via email, calls, or virtual meetings to provide updates on project progress. Present campaign concepts, creative drafts, and performance reports to clients for feedback and approval. Address client concerns promptly and manage expectations to ensure satisfaction. Document all client communications and decisions for transparency and reference. 4. Campaign Execution and Oversight Oversee the development and execution of marketing deliverables, including but not limited to: Ad campaigns (PPC, social media ads, display ads, etc.). Copywriting for websites, emails, blogs, and social media. Content creation (videos, infographics, etc.). SEO and organic growth strategies. Ensure all deliverables align with client brand guidelines and marketing objectives. Review and approve creative assets to ensure quality and consistency before client submission. 5. Budget and Resource Management Manage project budgets, ensuring costs stay within agreed-upon limits. Track resource utilization and optimize allocation to maximize efficiency. Negotiate with vendors or freelancers (if applicable) to secure services within budget constraints. 6. Performance Tracking and Reporting Monitor campaign performance metrics (e.g., click-through rates, conversions, ROI) in collaboration with analytics teams. Prepare and deliver detailed performance reports to clients, highlighting successes and areas for improvement. Recommend adjustments to campaigns based on data-driven insights to optimize results. 7. Process Improvement Identify opportunities to streamline project management processes and implement best practices. Maintain organized documentation of project plans, timelines, and deliverables using project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, Monday.com). Provide feedback to agency leadership on workflow inefficiencies and suggest solutions. Deliverables Detailed project plans and timelines for each client campaign. Required Skills and Qualifications Proven experience as a project manager in the marketing industry, with a strong understanding of: Copywriting principles and brand voice development Digital advertising platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads). Content marketing strategies and SEO best practices. Campaign performance metrics and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot). Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple client projects simultaneously. Strong communication and interpersonal skills for client interactions and team coordination. Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, Monday.com, or similar).
