About Us Lazo Management is a multi-unit business operator focusing on automotive services, quick lube, and commercial real estate. We are actively expanding through mergers, acquisitions, and strategic real estate investments, with a goal of growing our portfolio from $9M to $50M in revenue. We are looking for a proactive, highly organized Remote Executive Assistant to support our CEO in executive operations, real estate management, and M&A activities. This role requires someone who can manage high-priority tasks, streamline workflows, and handle confidential business matters with professionalism. Who You Are You are an experienced, business-savvy executive assistant who thrives in fast-paced environments. You excel at calendar management, email prioritization, real estate coordination, and research for business growth initiatives. You are a strong communicator who can manage real estate transactions, support M&A research, and ensure smooth day-to-day executive operations. Key Responsibilities 1. Executive Support & Time Management • Manage and prioritize the CEO’s calendar, ensuring strategic time use. • Handle email management, drafting responses, flagging high-priority items, and following up. • Organize business documents, reports, and confidential contracts. • Prepare meeting agendas, summaries, and follow-up action tracking. 2. Real Estate & Business Development Support • Assist in real estate acquisitions, lease renewals, and market research. • Track property listings, rent rolls, and commercial investment opportunities. • Coordinate with brokers, property managers, and legal teams. • Help prepare and review real estate agreements and contracts. 3. Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) Support • Conduct industry research and due diligence for acquisitions. • Support business development and fleet account outreach coordination. • Manage CRM updates, investor reports, and internal dashboards. 4. Operations & Process Improvement • Support HR, Finance, and Marketing teams with administrative needs. • Help implement automation tools and workflow improvements. • Track KPIs, compile reports, and assist with strategic planning. 5. Personal Admin & Travel • Assist with travel booking, expense tracking, and personal real estate matters.
