Key Responsibilities: - Create a comprehensive digital profile for each candidate, highlighting their special skills, education, and talents that set them apart from other talent. - Gather information from candidates regarding additional tasks they are willing to provide to families, ensuring a clear understanding of their capabilities and limitations. - Collect and display information on candidate's vaccinations, ensuring the safety and health of the children under their care. - Facilitate the completion of personal goals and aspirations prompts, fostering a supportive environment for both the caregivers and the families. - Assist candidates in setting up payroll systems and email accounts, ensuring a smooth transition into their role as a nanny. Additionally, send them our welcome package consisting of a t-shirt, nanny notebook, and pen.
