Need to begin solid marketing campaigns for a building maintenance service business. Our target market is small to medium size businesses in the San Francisco Bay Area that wish to upgrade their maintenance service provider. We need someone that can generate AD copy ideas for in our mailers. An added benefit would be supporting our website content but not required. Creativity is encouraged. We wish to stand out in a business where competition is aggressive. This is a market where the lowest bid usually wins. Our goal is to capture the clients who actually do care about good service and are willing to pay a premium. The goal of the marketing campaigns are to turn leads into new accounts for the business. We are a quality over quantity company and wish to reflect this on our campaign. I have a prospect list of about 300+ leads to begin, but plan to obtain more leads with time. The current list is from the Building Owners association of SF.
