I am looking for someone who can work 10 to 20hrs per week, Monday through Friday with flexible hours within a range each day. For example, let's say the range is 9am to 5pm for a given day, you can work 2 hours anytime within that range. I will start whoever I hire at 10hrs a week and see how things go. We currently have a team of 7, but I need a second set set of eyes in quite a few areas that we don't have the appropriate coverage in now. I need someone who is extremely organized, hard working, internally motivated, easy going as heck and has a wonderful sense of humor. If you have a really strong personality and you like a little drama in your day, please do NOT apply! As you see, I am a nice guy but very direct as well. This opportunity will entail a lot of task variety, creative freedom and ownership over your unique process. I am the complete opposite of a micro manager. I am have no time or interest in that at all. This position is long term, offers flexibility and the authentic satisfaction that comes from contributing to something larger than yourself! The company is focused on offering digital marketing and sales solutions for a wide variety of service based clients. I will explain more when you apply if I am interested in talking to you further about all of this. We have never had an internal company meeting in the 10 years that we have been in business. We use email, Slack and Voxer to handle all of our internal and client communications. You must be comfortable interacting with the rest of my team and with our clients. This may even require you to jump on the occasional Zoom call with a client (camera on always, so scary right?)... Here is a high level list of responsibilities that are sure to change a bit where they need to: - Help organize customer service requests that come in by email, text and Slack - Help organize team requests for Jason - Premium ongoing support help - Keep track of premium ongoing support start and end dates - Post those dates in slack + other critical info for the clients - Add key dates to Jason’s calendar - Keep track of their monthly booked zoom calls - Help with client billing requests - Help with importing client projects (project fulfillment) - Help collect video testimonials - Help watch the Facebook Groups & Skool communities - Help moderate and create conversations in Skool - Help support the Client Success management team with anything else that they need help with - Help support the Director of Business Operations with whatever she needs - Send check in emails for new clients - Send SMS for clients who can’t pay their bills - Do monthly audits of recurring software expenses (have prices changed, are we in the plan that we need, etc?) - Send out podcast posts for Jason when he is guesting for LinkedIn and Facebook - Leave host review, etc. If I haven't scared you away and you feel like I may have written this job post just for you, apply please.
