OVERVIEW As a Remote Inside Sales Representative - Appointment Setter at MCM Wealth, you will be responsible for following up on qualified leads provided by the company, and converting them into scheduled appointments for our financial advisors. This is a fully remote, US-based position. You will play a crucial role in expanding our client base by efficiently and professionally contacting potential clients, understanding their needs, and securing appointments. RESPONSIBILITIES Remote Lead Follow-Up: Proactively contact qualified leads provided by the company through phone calls and email campaigns from your remote workspace. Prioritize and manage lead follow-up activities to maximize appointment conversion rates. Utilize CRM software to track and manage leads and follow-up activities. Appointment Setting: Schedule qualified appointments for financial advisors with prospective clients. Effectively communicate the benefits of meeting with our advisors. Confirm appointments and provide necessary information to both clients and advisors. Remote Client Communication: Build rapport and establish relationships with potential clients remotely. Answer inquiries and provide accurate information about our services. Maintain consistent and professional communication. Remote Sales Support: Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions remotely. Provide feedback to management on lead quality and follow-up strategies. Achieve Appointment Targets: Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly appointment-setting goals. Maintain a positive and driven attitude towards reaching appointment objectives from your remote workspace. QUALIFICATIONS Proven experience in inside sales, telemarketing, or appointment setting (preferred). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong phone presence and ability to build rapport over the phone. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a remote environment. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. Strong organizational and time management skills. Ability to learn and retain information about financial products and services. High school diploma or equivalent (bachelor's degree preferred). Must be based in the United States. Reliable high-speed internet access, and a suitable remote work environment. Financial industry knowledge is a plus. Compensation: Hourly rate: $20.00 per hour.
