We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive IT Support Specialist contractor to join our team. This role is critical in ensuring smooth IT operations, supporting employees with technical issues, and managing our IT infrastructure. You will be responsible for onboarding and offboarding employees, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, managing equipment, and maintaining security through patching and access management. This is a part-time 20 hour/week contract for an initial three-month period with the option to extend.
