I’m a Technical Designer preparing for a final round interview that will involve an onsite Fit Test. I'm looking for an experienced Technical Designer (preferably with womenswear or menswear experience in a retail/apparel setting) to help me prep for the fit session portion of the interview. What I’m Looking For: - Professional experience conducting or participating in fit sessions - Comfortable identifying common fit and construction issues and explaining how to address them - Familiarity with cross-functional product development environments (e.g., collaboration with buying, merchandising, vendors, etc.) - Able to provide feedback on communication style and technical clarity What I Need: - 1–2 hours of coaching over Zoom, ideally within the next few days - Practice identifying fit issues from photos or video of garments on form (I can provide mock examples) - Feedback on how I can present my technical knowledge clearly and confidently in a fit session setting - Tips for communicating with vendors or annotating fit notes effectively
