HubSpot Developer for Custom CRM & Fundraising Platform


ALG Holdings is seeking an experienced HubSpot Developer to build a full-service database and CRM system to streamline capital raising, investor tracking, and project management. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in HubSpot integrations, automation, and workflow customization to optimize lead management and fundraising efforts. --Responsibilities: Develop & integrate a HubSpot-based CRM for capital raising, investor tracking, and fund management. Implement automated workflows for scheduling presentations, calls, and emails to prospects and clients. Create a structured lead management system to categorize investors and track status per project. Design a dynamic dashboard with key tabs: Leads, Prospects, Dead Leads, OTFs (On-the-Fence Investors), Clients, Projects, and Dashboards. Automate lead dispositioning to categorize and relocate leads based on engagement and investment status. Build reporting dashboards for real-time insights into fundraising goals, investor commitments, and sales performance. Ensure seamless integrations with scheduling tools like Calendly and other necessary third-party apps. --Key Features to Develop: Leads Management: Store and track high-net-worth and accredited investors with categorization triggers. Prospects Tracking: Manage leads that show interest in investment offerings & presentations with automated follow-ups. Dead Leads Management: Track unresponsive leads and capture disposition reasons for better insights. OTFs (On-the-Fence Investors): Identify potential investors who need additional nurturing & automation triggers. Clients Database: Maintain records of invested individuals, including investment amount, project details, and engagement history. Project Tracking: Maintain a list of investment projects, investor participation, and funding progress. Fundraising Dashboards: Create real-time project dashboards displaying funding status, investor contributions, and sales efforts. --Requirements: Proven experience in HubSpot CRM development & integrations. Strong understanding of workflow automation, lead management, and reporting dashboards. Experience integrating third-party tools like Calendly, email automation, and scheduling platforms. Ability to customize HubSpot to handle fundraising and investment tracking. Experience in capital raising, investor relations, or financial CRM systems is a plus. --Preferred Qualifications: Experience working with investment firms, private equity, or capital-raising projects. Knowledge of financial compliance & investor accreditation processes.
