We’re looking for a JIRA Configuration Expert to assist with setting up and optimizing JIRA projects. The ideal candidate will have experience with various JIRA project and board types, including Kanban, Scrum, and Agile. You should be skilled in configuring custom fields, screens, automations, and generating reports and KPI dashboards. Experience with roll-up summaries for external sponsors and setting up public request channels is essential. Familiarity with integrating JIRA with tools like Slack is a plus.
