Appointment Setter for Law Firm Outreach (Lead Gen + Cold Calling)

I'm looking for a proactive and self-sufficient appointment setter who can research and contact law firms across the U.S. to schedule meetings on my behalf. You will be responsible for the entire outreach process: identifying prospects, crafting your outreach script, making cold calls, and setting appointments directly on my calendar. This is a critical role that requires strong research skills, excellent phone communication, and a proven ability to book appointments in a B2B setting. What You’ll Be Doing: Research and compile your own list of law firms (based on criteria I’ll provide—practice area, location, firm size, etc.) Write your own call script (I’ll review and approve it) tailored to introduce WiseGuys Digital Marketing as a trusted partner for law firm growth Make outbound cold calls to law firm owners and key decision-makers Set qualified appointments directly on my calendar (Calendly or other tool) Maintain a record of outreach activity in a shared CRM or Google Sheet Follow up as needed with firms that express interest or request callbacks Ideal Candidate Will Have: Strong communication skills Experience with cold calling and B2B appointment setting Confidence in creating outreach strategies from scratch Familiarity with law firm services or the legal industry (a plus) Reliable internet, quiet working environment.
