Job Title: Systems Integration & Marketing/Sales Contractor Location: Remote (with potential for occasional meetings based on time zone compatibility) Contract Type: Short-Term Contract (with potential for extension) Industry: Travel & Tourism We are a Colorado based boutique tour operator seeking a skilled contractor to streamline our technology stack by integrating Salesforce with our booking software, sales and marketing tools. This role will support the setup of customer segmentation to enable targeted outreach through Mailchimp and also help optimize the customer service and sales team to set up sales pipe lines and share account information with each other to help with sales and customer service processes. Key Responsibilities: Integrate Salesforce CRM with existing booking software to ensure seamless data flow between platforms. Connect Salesforce with Mailchimp for synchronized audience management. Design and implement segmentation logic based on booking behavior, customer profiles, and engagement data. Assist in setting up automated and targeted email marketing campaigns using Mailchimp. Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to ensure system alignment with business goals. Help set up sales cycles, leads and opportunities. Provide documentation and training as needed for internal team handoff. Qualifications: Proven experience with Salesforce integrations and customization. Familiarity with tour operator booking platforms (we use XOLA) Expertise in Mailchimp, especially audience segmentation and campaign automation. Strong understanding of data mapping, syncing processes, and API-based integrations. Excellent communication and documentation skills. Ability to work independently and manage project timelines effectively.
