Looking for full-time, experienced, Guest Services Concierge and Remote Operations Assistant with excellent communication and customer service skills. This individual will be supporting a growing team in a luxury startup business in the exciting world of property management and short-term rentals. We have 60 active rental properties and growing! We focus on providing Luxury service in Luxury properties. We are looking for a problem solver with a go-getter attitude and a desire to learn and grow with us. What's The Work Like? You will be handling a variety of daily tasks primarily centered around customer service. You will assist with handling phone and email correspondence with owners and guests. Most importantly, you will be tasked with helping to assist in problem solving and resolution for a variety of issues that occur at random in a business of this nature. This can include handling guest complaints/issues for ongoing stays or past guests and coordinating the details and resolution for any issues that could occur as a homeowner. You may also assist with work that involves tracking tasks and updating records and logs across multiple sectors of the business. Skills Required: - Detail Oriented - Speed of Response Time - Proficient in Microsoft Office (EXCEL a must) - Fluent in English writing - At least beginner experience with Airbnb and Vrbo - Organized; capable of "Search and Find" information from large dataset in order to answer questions and handle guest issues. - Empathy, good communication, and polite - Real-time problem-solving - Eagerness to learn about Luxury Hospitality Experience in conflict resolution is a plus! Experience in Luxury Hospitality a plus! **AVAILABILITY REQUIREMENTS: Must be able to work at least 8am - 5pm EST and be available to work Saturdays and Sundays.
