You must have prior success selling in the home, in person, or over the phone. Your ability to rapidly create trust and comfort is only surpassed by your listening skills required to ask the right questions. You expect to close in one call because that is what is necessary to help your clients. Your closing skills are a natural extension of the conversation because you created value and followed a milestone-centric sales process. You must have strong listening skills, be able to ask tough questions respectfully, and must be a problem-solver with prior success at overcoming objections in a short sales cycle. You have charisma and elegance when applying pressure with big decisions and gracefully make it easy for customers to work with you. You must be a highly motivated achiever who passionately desires to earn more than your current income. Experience selling real estate, land, property re-hab, bathroom re-hab, remodeling projects, oil leases, mineral rights, roofing, windows, solar, siding, and door-to-door is helpful but not required. You must be able to work nights and weekends when the property owners are available. You must be accountable for working remotely, coachable, and open to a variable comp plan that pays you what you are worth. Comp. range $85K - $200K
