We’re seeking an elite researcher-writer to take full ownership of the next wave of white papers, based on the style and quality shown in our existing work. ROLE OVERVIEW: You will: Drive end-to-end white paper creation: from topic research to AI-enhanced drafting, editing, citation, fact-checking, and visual formatting (Gamma.app, Canva, or similar) Use GPT-4 and similar tools for deep synthesis, summarization, and content expansion Develop and maintain a Core Claim Verification Library – building a centralized resource of citations and evidence (Google Sheets or Notion) Coordinate with our CEO and team to align each paper with strategic impact goals (medical partnerships, SEO, public awareness, etc.) Create polished, professional-grade PDFs with embedded visuals, charts, and sectioning for clarity and scientific credibility IDEAL CANDIDATE PROFILE: You are: A researcher-writer with health, neuroscience, psychology, or wellness background Experienced using AI (GPT-4, Claude, Scite.ai, Consensus, Elicit, etc.) for scientific research and content generation Excellent at translating complex evidence into emotionally engaging, credible, and clear thought-leadership pieces Familiar with citation formats (APA or AMA) and confident in verifying source credibility Design-savvy: able to produce polished documents in Gamma.app, Canva, or Google Docs with basic layout skills Bonus: Familiar with somatic therapies, trauma research, or integrative medicine TOOLS YOU’LL USE: ChatGPT / Claude / Scite.ai / Consensus / Elicit Google Scholar, PubMed, APA PsycNet Notion or Google Sheets for Claim Library Gamma.app, Canva, or Google Docs for layout Grammarly or similar for clean final edits SCOPE & OPPORTUNITY: Start with 1–2 white papers (10–20 pages, with visuals) Expand into 50–100 white papers across themes (mental health, stress, pain, trauma, anxiety, PTSD, neuroscience, etc.) Flexible weekly hours (10–25 hrs/week) with option for full-time growth Become the cornerstone of a major thought-leadership and research arm inside a global wellness brand TO APPLY: Please submit: Links to 2–3 research-based writing samples, ideally in health or science domains A short note on your experience with AI tools in research or writing workflows Your experience with layout/design for longform documents This role is perfect for someone who loves research, believes in the power of healing, and wants to co-create rigorously evidence-based work that changes lives at scale.
