This role is pivotal in ensuring clients receive the best financial advisory services, credit solutions, and strategic business guidance. Responsibilities · Client Onboarding: Utilize advanced customer onboarding platforms, including customized portals and financial software integrations (Floify, Stripe), to enhance client interactions and streamline financing processes. · Financial Advisory: Provide expert financial advice, including loan underwriting, credit analysis, and financial product assessment to meet client needs and expectations. · Operational Support: Collaborate with internal teams to maintain transparent operational models structured around equal managerial voting rights and profit distribution among stakeholders. · CRM Management: Use advanced CRM systems (Go High Level) to track client interactions and financial activities, ensuring accurate bookkeeping, compliance, and accountability. · Strategic Partnerships: Work with industry-specific partners to provide tailored credit products and generate strategic leads to expand market reach. · Compliance and Governance: Adhere to regulatory requirements for financial services entities, ensuring full compliance with state laws governing credit access businesses, credit services organizations, and regulated lending operations. · Risk Management: Monitor financial performance and advise on risk management strategies to ensure the stability and growth of client portfolios. Qualifications · Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field. · Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial advisory, credit analysis, loan underwriting, or related fields. Experience with CRM systems, particularly Go High Level, is strongly preferred. Skills · Strong client relationship management skills. · Expertise in financial document analysis and creditworthiness assessment. · Proficiency in providing detailed underwriting reports. · Ability to manage diverse credit portfolios. · Excellent communication, organizational, and strategic planning skills. Certifications: Relevant certifications in finance or credit analysis are a plus.
