Windows Video Editing PC Troubleshooting and Upgrade Assistance

I am seeking a skilled IT pro to help troubleshoot and resolve issues with my Windows PC that is used for video editing. I am having issues with running out of video memory when working on large resolutions, having crashes working in Adobe Creative Suite software, unreliable transfer speeds between drives and my NAS, and things like that. I am looking for someone who can connect remotely and/or consult on helping me tune the system up and get it as efficient as possible. I would also like to look at any possible upgrades or replacements for memory, video card, etc. that might help in this, so I would seek your expertise in those choices.
